Does the class hierarchy necessarily hold power? Humans and animals, good and evil. No one can make the right decision; right or wrong is only in mind.

In 2020, the world was forced into a panic of Coronavirus. Chenxi, a girl studying in the U.S. whose father died of the infection after fighting at the forefront of the epidemic as a doctor, suffered the loss of her loved ones and the indifference of her stepmother alone in the U.S. and eventually developed mental problems.
Persona 2021
In a city, eight strangers with different backgrounds, life, and experiences are all seen wearing a similar style of mask. Like many others, they all use masks to present a curated version of themselves, becoming accustomed to maintaining this reality of constant disguise. Afraid of their flaws and imperfections, they conceal themselves underneath a layer of idealism. As a result, they are the perfect representation of ordinary citizens in public, never allowing their secrets to seep through the cracks. Only in private do they show their insecurities, rage, jealousy, and other flaws. In a turn of events, they encounter a situation where they have to decide between revealing their deepest secrets for the sake of others. A choice is made after a conflicted battle within themselves. When they finally dropped their masks, they came to realize that they found their own salvation through this act of kindness.
Heart Beat 2021
The short film "Heart Beat" tells the life and death story of two girls. Elly, a girl with congenital heart disease, only way to get a cure is a heart transplant. Anna is a rebellious teenager who lost her life in a car accident. In the end, Anna's parents decided to donate their daughter's heart in the wish that Anna could continue to live in this world in another way. Anna and Elly first meet inside Elly's heart. Both girls are shocked by the sudden change, they can’t accept that they have to share the same heart for the rest of their lives. They get to know each other through arguments and finally learn to accept the reality in front of them. Anna and Elly's story is symbolic of every one of us. We all have different subconscious within us, but how to make the right choices and judgments is something we all need to learn.
Goodbye 2021
This is a short film that commemorates my grandparents. Because of some unexpected factors, I didn't have the opportunity to see them before they died. Hence, I want to use this short video to say goodbye to them. I use the form of video calls as the film's beginning and end, which is like making a call to heaven. Next, I used different scenes to show the passing of time(such as smile, cry, water drops, clouds drifting by) and the state of my life after their death. Through this video, I want to tell the audience that "parting" is full of our lives, but leaving no regrets is the best interpretation of life.
